Keyholding/Alarm Response Service

This service is aimed at taking the burden of attending alarm activations from members of your staff.

The duty hours of this service commence at 18.30 until 08.30 hours, Monday evening to Friday morning. Then 18.30 hours Friday evening until 08.30 hours Monday morning. In the event of Bank Holidays a weekend service would operate.

Should we be called to attend your premises the Security Officer would check the appropriate alarm panel and record the activation details. He would then report his findings to control before continuing a full patrol of the building. After completing the building patrol, he would again contact control and advise of his findings. Our controller would then advise the Security Officer of any further actions to take. Further actions to take would then form part of the Duty Instructions.

The following morning report would be faxed to you with all relevant details.
